About the Artist
Heather Goldminc has been creating whimsical clay pieces for over 25 years. Early in her career, Heather honed her craft and developed her unique style which gained the notice of leading ceramic producer Blue Sky Clayworks of California. Together, for the past 25 years, they have created high quality collector pieces with a worldwide following. Large licensed brands have also sought partnership with Heather and Blue Sky Clayworks including Hello Kitty, Strawberry Shortcake, Disney, and most recently, Coca-Cola. Heather not only designs full time for Blue Sky Clayworks but also is owner Clayworks Studio, her own clay studio in Lantzville BC. Here, Heather creates one of a kind pieces that are sold both locally and worldwide. Being a well-known name in the ceramic world, Heather is sought after to create custom pieces that range from mugs and bowls to recreating client homes for real estate agents, and pets."
